Terms and conditions

1. Who you buy from
These terms apply to every purchase and every custom request on this site.
2. Card packs
- A pack is a set of digital artworks (image files). You get no physical product.
- Prices are in euros and are the final price you pay. Payment goes through PayPal.
- After payment the pack is in your library right away, and you get an email. You can download it again whenever you like.
- Discount codes (from the quest or a friend) work once, only with the email address they belong to, and can't be combined or exchanged for money.
- Every fifth paid pack earns one free pack of your choice. Free packs from rewards or the quest have no cash value.
3. Custom work
- Sending a request is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- I reply with a price and plan. The agreement starts when you pay the link on your order page.
- I make the piece to your brief. One round of tweaks is included. A new character or a new concept counts as a new piece.
- Most pieces are delivered the same day, but the timing I give is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Only send photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it. You're responsible for having permission to use a reference photo.
- I can decline a request without giving a reason, for example if it asks for hateful, sexual or otherwise inappropriate content, or content involving minors.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content this right ends as soon as the download starts, but only if you agree to that first. That's why:
- Packs: at checkout you tick a box asking to receive the pack right away and confirming that your right of withdrawal ends once the download is available. Without that box ticked, you can't pay. Your confirmation email repeats this.
- Custom work: this is made to your own wishes. Before you pay, you tick a box asking me to start right away and confirming that your right of withdrawal ends once I begin. If I haven't started yet, you can still cancel and get a full refund.
Something wrong with a file, or not what was agreed? That's not a withdrawal but a complaint, and I'll fix it (see 6).
Withdrawal form (only if your right still applies)
To , : I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [pack or order number], ordered on [date]. Name: [ ]. Email address used: [ ]. Date: [ ].
5. What you may do with the artworks
- You may use them personally: as a wallpaper or profile picture, printed for yourself, or posted on your own social media.
- You may not resell them, sell prints of them, use them commercially, or claim you made them. Want to use one commercially? Message me first.
- Many artworks are fan art inspired by existing films, games and series. RebelVisions is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders, and all names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Complaints and liability
- File broken, missing, or not what we agreed? Email within 14 days of delivery. I'll reply within 7 days and fix it, send a replacement, or refund you.
- My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, unless the law says otherwise.
- If we can't work it out, you can use the EU dispute platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. Law
Dutch law applies. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country stay in place.
